Needs update in ATM locator and lounge locator.

Fantastic and useful application.

The main issue with your app is that, other than being useless, it doesnt even do the few features which are alleged to be in it. Lounge locator wont let you put any favorite and if you go back you have to do all the search drill again. Really incredible! Whats more annoying is that you dont even care about the feedbacks people leave. Good job!

Easy to use with a very convenient lounge locator feature. Translates into Spanish, German and Japanese as well as English languages, too!

Amazing! Sitting here in New York, and didnt realize that there was an Airport lounge right here. Its worth the free coffee alone!

Diners club is behind the times...this app isnt much if you cant pay or bill or see charges.

Yeah, ok, you cant access your account, but it is definitely helpful! The ATM and lounge locator helps a lot, I love the currency exchange rate guide, and the extras rock!

I found this app to be useless. There is no access to your account data like other credit card and banking apps have.

Very excited to see the new features - tip advice/calculator will be perfect for my upcoming trip. Most international tip advice apps cost $$. Nice to see Diners Club making big strides in the mobile world.

Having the tip calculator on mobile is very handy. Good addition.

Cannot access account or do anything other than look up an airport lounge. Diners Club is still in the dark ages.

The app restarts in many scenarios and in general doesnt provide any useful info which I wouldnt be able to find elsewhere.

There is no point to adding this app to the suite of banking and business apps, as there is no account review capability.

I find this app helpful, but it’s nowhere near as good as it could be for the simple fact that you cannot use it offline. That’s pretty much useless when you touch down in a new airport and don’t know where the lounge is, because in most places you won’t have wifi access until you get to the lounge. So…can’t the developers make this offline-capable? I have to take screen shots of each lounge location before I leave home for my trip as it is. Also, I went to Muscat in Oman this last weekend and went to the lounge listed on this app, only to be told that they stopped accepted international Diners cards a month ago. Would’ve been nice if the app had updated that info.

What more could you ask for? Solid app!

Can’t look up your balance and pay the bill… useless …. The lounges (in the States) have below average rankings and most airports don’t have them. Pointless app

It seems a little ridiculous that you still can not pay your bill from the app. Why have it if there is not even the most basic of options available? Zero stars would be a better rating.

I just installed the app. It is not responsive and it keeps closing. I’ll try it again eventually but it’s having some issues now.

This could quite possibly be the worst site ever crested. Zero functionality. Come on so called Canada Diners MasterCard...GET with the times...

Useless card, even more useless app. Not logical, much harder than any other competitor card. Why bother. Only use this card b/c for some reason, company insists on it. Never found it so difficult to pay a bill or reset password/login for anything.

I use to think Diners Club was old folks. Now I see, I was right and the same old folks that had them in 70’s. Must have created this app. It’s useless as it is trying to find someone that accepts Diners Club now.

Why can’t I access my account/ statements??

The most basic info one would need from a credit card company is not available

There can only be two possible explanations for how bad this app is. 1. The folks at Diners are complete tech morons. 2. The folks at Diners are as cheap as you can find, and someone said you need an app, and they threw $500 towards its development after an 8 hour Board debate. My guess it is a little of both.

How can a credit card company not offer account access on a mobile app? Totally unacceptable.

Come on Diners! There is no reason not to have a full service app like all other credit card companies offer! Poor service.

I use this when traveling to find restaurants I can get discounts on with my Diners Club card. Pretty handy!
